Our goal is to deliver the product to you as quickly, efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
We're based on the northside of Brisbane so if you live close-by we will often arrange to deliver personally on the same day that you place your order.
We usually make deliveries once a week to Brisbane's Southside, Bayside and Western suburbs, - and we've even made arrangements to meet our customers and deliver product in planned trips as far away as Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Warwick.
We love meeting our clients, offering assistance and seeing your wonderful results so it's a thrill for us to meet you face to face whenever we can.
If you live further away, or if personalised delivery isn't possible, we offer free standard post for orders of more than $100, or you can pay a small fee to upgrade to express post if you're seeking faster delivery via Australia Post.

return & exchange policy
We're happy to accept returns for product for any reason (even if you just change your mind) but unfortunately we can't accept returns for any product if it has been opened, used or if the packaging isn't in it's original condition.
If you would like to return a product you must contact us within 3 days of delivery via chat on this website or our Facebook Messenger account and chat to us.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost to return the product to us and once received we will confirm your credit which you can use for an exchange product.
